I have owned my Sentra for almost four years and am quite pleased with the decision I made to purchase it. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a Nissan dealership and have not regretted the decision at all. In these four years, I have experiences minimal problems with the car, thus far only having an issue with the wiper linkage breaking and having some minimal exhaust problems. Unfortunately, Nissan claimed the linkage was not covered under warranty, which was quite disappointing given that this happened not very long after the purchase. All in all, these issues were not very costly and took no more than a few hours on my mechanic's part to fix. The upkeep and maintenance required by the car to keep it running smoothly have been fairly minimal. With the exception of filter replacements (air and cabin), oil changes, and tire rotations, I have not really had to invest much time/money into maintaining the vehicle. Unfortunately, one downside regarding the cabin filter replacement is its location - the filter is located in a spot that's essentially behind the gas pedal, making replacement unnecessarily difficult. Although people have complained about some newer Nissans with CVT, I have not experienced the problems many of them have had. Overall the electronic components have stood the test of time, as I have not experienced issues with the stereo/speakers or any other essential parts. The fuel economy is quite good in my opinion (particularly for the age of the car) and has not changed much. I still routinely get what is advertised (about 26/27 for mainly city driving). The car is definitely comfortable - driving either shorter distances (i.e. work commute) or longer distances (weekend trip) are pleasant. The trunk space is surprisingly spacious for a smaller sedan - I routinely drove around with a bulky 60 pound bag of soil without issue and this took up easily less than one third of the total space. The car also leaves plenty of space for those in the back in terms of legroom, making this a great car for either longer drives with family/friends or for use in ridesharing.

Fuel efficient yet has plenty of performance.
This is my second Sentra. I like the SR Turbo specifically because it has the engine performance that I am looking for but also gets great gas mileage. It is a comfortable car and I have grown to like smaller cars. The one thing I don't not like about it is that it seems cheaply made. After a year or two there are a bunch of rattles in the interior while driving. There are also a few clunky noises on the outside as well when I go over bumps. I do no think I would buy a Sentra because I do not think it would hold up very well over the life of the loan never mind afterwards.
