Regarding the features I like about this car is its style. The G6 Coupe has very nice lines on its exterior. It is pleasing to look at as well as drive. The interior is nice: leather seats, lumbar support and a easy-to-view instrument panel. Admittedly, the quality of the car's interior is somewhat low-rent. However, personally, that doesn't bother me. The stereo quality is quite good and there is a jacket for playing MP3 music. The car has a 3.5L engine which provides a lot of power. It drives very well which is particularly important on long trips. I have driven over 8 hours straight and not been fatigued. The back seats are on the more cramped side but they are hardly ever used so this is not necessarily a con for me. The trunk is large enough to accommodate a lot of luggage. Overal... (more)
Story
One of my trips to Florida, this car got me out of several potential accidents while driving down US 95. Its acceleration, quick response and maneuverability prevented what could have been a deadly result.
Pros
The G6 Coupe is a nicely styled car: sleek, sporty and pleasant to look at. Its 3.5L engine provides a lot power. The car drives very well and also corners well. The leather seats are a nice plus to its interior and they have good lumbar support. Very good stereo with a jack for an MP3 player. Well organized instrument panel. Large amount of trunk space. The car is very reliable.
Cons
Aside from the leather seats, the interior is somewhat low-rent. The rear seats are somewhat cramped for adults but fine for children and teenagers. Due to its engine size, the gas mileage is poor (between 15-18 mpg) depending on driving conditions.

I have owned a Pontiac G6 (2009) for about a year now. It's in good condition and comfortable. I like the size and fuel economy but dislike the amount of tire noise that occurs at highway speed. It has performed quite well and build quality has been pretty standard other than the fact that the transmission went out about four months after I purchased the car, and fixing the car itself was a pain.
Story
One fun memory I have had with the G6 is just driving around my little siblings. They always enjoy riding in the front seat and feeling like big kids, and it's always a good memory to drive them down some country roads.
Pros
My favorite feature about the G6 just has to be the gas mileage with the flex fuel engine. It's quite economical and provides just enough pep to feel sporty when driving around. I also really enjoy the fact that the radio and speakers are pretty high quality and come standard with an MP3 audio jack, so I can listen to the music I have downloaded on my phone.
Cons
The most negative things about this vehicle has to be my experience with the G6's transmission problems and the noise you have to put up with while driving at higher speeds. The paint also isn't perfect, and sometimes that is a little negative, but it isn't terrible and not something you notice everyday.

The car salesman worked with me to find a car that I could afford. The salesman then found a bank that would finance me. They repaired the car for half price even though It was not under warranty. I test drove several cars until I found the one l liked The salesman did an interview on a radio show and talked about how to get a good deal on a car.
