Love the Car, Hate the recalls
I bought a 2007 G6 sedan in 2013 this was the(base) brand new in 07, I loved this car just as it came on the lot. I have had the car for 2 years and I have put 7,000 miles on my G6 and it's still going strong. The only major repairs was a leak in the gas tank ($800) and the wheel bearings. Other than that, just normal maintenance. There has been 3 recalls that this car has been called in for that I had to have fixed which make me scared because of all the things that could go wrong with it. The paint has held up well and the dash looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. However the car does show some rust in some spots that are starting I have owned 3 Chevy's and another Pontiac, and again, this is the best car I have ever owned. It has never broken down or left me stranded, and again...Very low maintenance costs. On top of that, I average around 22 mph in the city and on the hwy I still get up to 35 mph ( which is higher than what the manufacturer rates the mpg). It's a fun car to drive and own however I plan on getting a bigger car for my family as it is very small with two kids in the back.

Work horse.
Vehicle has been great to me over the years. I put over 210,000 miles on it from going to work and family trips so car has been reliable. I like that it's great on gas and the car still looks modern next to other newer cars. The car has nice cargo space and back seat room for everyone that get's in it. The seats are comfortable for me to drive hours and even fall asleep when in the passenger side. The inside interior is mostly plastic, but didn't bother me since it's easy to clean. The trunk pass through is not wide enough to accommodate a barbell, and given the car's length, I still wouldn't be able to fit it comfortably.

Was looking for an older, inexpensive car. Found a car sitting on the back lot without any price on it. Went in and talked to a salesman, who got a manager. After looking through their inventory list they found the car was scheduled to be sent to the auction. Rather than do that they were more than happy to work out a deal and sell me the car.
