I like the handling on the car. It rode quite smooth and had good gas mileage. I got it cheap from a friend. It had low miles and has lasted me some time.
Story
When I bought it, the door handle on the passenger side was broke off. I had to wire up a robe handle for a few weeks. It looked kind of tacky, but it got the job done.
Pros
The gas economy on the car was good. It also has great A/C.
Cons
The trunk was a little small for my needs on occasion. Other then that, I did have the seat belts in the back lock in place, and I had to get those looked at.

This has been one of the best cars that I have ever had. It has over 120,000 miles on it, and I have never had a major problem with it. I have had to only do regular maintenance on it. The most major thing I did was replace the alternator. It has a few creaks and a little rust. I would have liked to have a higher-end sound system, but that was my choice when I bought it. It get fairly good mileage, about 25 mpg. I do a lot of driving for work, and it is very comfortable to drive for long periods of time.
Story
I was coming home from Pittsburg one summer night. It was warm, and I had the sunroof open. I was in a rural part of Ohio with no city lights around. I had stopped at a red light, and when I looked up, I saw some shooting stars. I happened to be one of those nights that had a lot of shooting stars. I pulled over in a dark parking lot and sat there for about 20 minutes. I saw about 30 shooting ... (more)
Pros
The best thing about this car is its reliability. It is also comfortable when driving a long time. It drives good in any kind of weather. It has aluminum wheels, which I like better than hubcaps. It also has a sunroof, which is a lot of fun and summer days and nights.
Cons
It is just a four-door sedan, so there is nothing sexy or sporty about it. I was 54 when I bought it, so I was not looking for anything sporty. It has a fake woodgrain on some of the interior that has faded and does not look too good. But that is a minor thing. It does not have a lot of power, but I was not looking for that when I purchased it.

My car was actually dying on the way to the dealership, so what made it so great was its proximity to my house. Also, this was the right car with the right price, so it was basically a no brainer for me.

They didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of garbage. I told them what I needed and wanted and I got it. I did a lot of research and they made sure I got the best price.
