2001 Toyota Camry - For its age, it was a good car.

I like the handling on the car. It rode quite smooth and had good gas mileage. I got it cheap from a friend. It had low miles and has lasted me some time.
Story
When I bought it, the door handle on the passenger side was broke off. I had to wire up a robe handle for a few weeks. It looked kind of tacky, but it got the job done.
Pros
The gas economy on the car was good. It also has great A/C.
Cons
The trunk was a little small for my needs on occasion. Other then that, I did have the seat belts in the back lock in place, and I had to get those looked at.

My car looks great and runs well. I don't know a whole lot about cars, but the way my engine is set up I can easily check my oil, transmission fluid, and air filter with no problem. It has good gas mileage and I can trust that it will get me to where I need to go. Even if I'm driving for hours on end I'm never nervous about breaking down. I also really like the leather interior because it's easy to clean, even if it does get hot on summer days. I also like that there is a CD player, a tape player, and a touch screen. Once I got into a car accident in that car, but it barely got damaged. My younger sister also blew out the car's tires, but the rims weren't damaged at all and the body of the vehicle was fine.
Story
I remember driving home from school on the last day of my senior year of high school. My best friend stood up on the passenger seat and stuck her torso out the sunroof and yelled for joy as we drove down the highway.
Pros
One of my favorite features of the car are there are cup holders in the back seat. I also like that there's still a tape player in it. There's also a spot to put loose change, which is nice. The car gets great mileage and is safe and reliable.
Cons
The only real con to this vehicle is that the check engine light seems to be broken. It used to work fine, as far as I know, but for the past few months it's been coming on randomly for a few weeks and then going off and then coming back on a few weeks later for no reason. Also, I do wish the car had an aux cord, but that's something I can live without. I also don't really like that the front console doesn't have real coup holders, it's just kind of a square where you can possibly put cups. This makes things slide around unless you have two in there at the same time.

My car was actually dying on the way to the dealership, so what made it so great was its proximity to my house. Also, this was the right car with the right price, so it was basically a no brainer for me.

They didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of garbage. I told them what I needed and wanted and I got it. I did a lot of research and they made sure I got the best price.
