2008 Scion tC - Great Sporty Car
At first glance the Scion Tc doesn't have that wow factor that catches your eye but once you stop and really look at it, it screams you're going to love me and eventually you do. It is a great car for a college student, a young professional just starting out, car enthusiasts, or your average Joe. It is very cool, practical, and stylish looking car and has great curb appeal. Driving the car was smooth and comfortable the sunroof and moon roof features add a sleek boldness to the interior. The sound system was great especially with the options of auxiliary and the iPod connection. With the sharp contrast and options to customize for the young driver it is a car that you can make unique to your own personality.
Pros
The price, look, quality, handling, wheel size, great gas mileage, aftermarket support, cargo space, ability to upgrade anything associated with the car from exterior to interior, it very fun to drive, and low maintenance cost are all the pros of the Scion Tc.
Cons
If you have a long drive the seats tend to become uncomfortable, the 5 speed transmission is a bit disappointing, the paint scratches way too easily, and its a bit cramped inside the cabin would be the cons of the vehicle.
2006 Scion tC - scions are mostly reliable
I liked this car because it was very durable and always seemed to start up in the morning. My friends would always compliment this car and always tell me how nice the color is. I put a lot of miles on this car and it always did get me from point a to point b quite well.
Story
Taking a trip down to key west with my four friends for my birthday.
Pros
This car had really great gas mileage and always gave me about 30+ miles to the gallon. This car always looked nice and the paint always would shine very brightly. It was very easy to drive and the seats were very comfortable. The care required virtually no maintenance for the first 100k miles.
Cons
When there was something that needed replacing, it was very expensive. The parts were very pricey to purchase. Its not the quietest car in the world, and high way noise would often be very loud. The rims were very difficult to clean, and would require a lot of work. The tire pressure gauge sensor is VERY sensitive.
