When you are trying to make a vehicle decision he will ask you questions to make you actually think about your needs and what you are looking for instead of trying to put you into the most expensive model on the floor. He is also very quick on responding to any inquiries and provides timely status updates, both before and after the purchase of the vehicle. The service department also goes out of their way to help you with any issues you run.
