We had an old Rav4 that was literally falling apart and we knew that we needed to find a new vehicle that would last a few years with our family. We have two kids and really wanted a nice big sedan or a small SUV. We went to our local dealership and found a beautiful Ford Fusion, which was right in our price range. The car is really roomy and can easily fit two or three car seats in the back. The seats are incredibly comfortable, and there is plenty of room to have a couple extra dogs as well. The trunk is very big and spacious, and the car just looks really nice. The car has a lot of pep and really has a lot of "get up and go." The car has excellent gas mileage and has taken us on many road trips without any issue. This is by far the best vehicle that I have ever owned.

A serviceable sedan

The 2013 Ford Fusion is a serviceable Sedan. While it looks nice and powerful from the outside, when your driving it, you'll feel like the engine really has to work to pull the car along, which can sometimes be a problem when getting going from a stop sign. That said, it has Microsoft Sync, which is a nice convenience and is nice and roomy. It also has good gas mileage and simply gets you where you need to go with little problems, so it makes a nice commuter or family car. It also gets by surprisingly well in the snow. It only has two-wheel drive, and I only have all-season tires, but I've driving it a lot in very snowy, icy conditions and haven't had very many problems at all. That said, to be honest, there are probably other cars in this price-range that do a lot better in most categories; however, if you are looking for something American-made, this is a good place to start.

We had an excellent salesman. the finance department went out of their way to get us the best deal. The manager of the store introduced himself and worked really hard to get our business. The service department fixed an issue that we had with the car when we came back with our paperwork and they let us take our new car without having the title that day. We brought it back.

This dealership was the opposite of a great dealer. I ended up getting a pretty good deal but only after threatening to contact Better Business Bureau. Basically we agreed on the price of a car, but only later that day did I discover that they had charge me an extra $1500 in "dealer" fees for a used car. I discovered that the coupon book they gave me that had a few discounted oil changes cost me $300.00 And so on. There was no question that they have a method by which they add on a variety of fees without you noticing. When I called them on it they pretended that the "girls" in the office had just made a mistake. Also if you check online review sites they will have all these five star positive reviews posted on the same day. Stay away.
