The salesman made it extremely easy to negotiate a great price on our car with very little haggling. They ended up matching a much lower price that we had found at a dealership that was over 500 miles away. About a week after we took the car home, we noticed a small cut in the passenger seat. The dealership replaced it under the warranty coverage.
