I bought my vehicle earlier this year after my last Toyota Corolla (a 2002) was totaled in an accident. I was so satisfied with my previous car, a newer Corolla was the ONLY car I was shopping for. I haven't regretted my decision. First, for a 2013, it was fairly priced. A slate, metallic gray with light gray interior gives it a classic look that doesn't look filthy easily (as white, or black interior and exterior tends to do quickly). I was able to walk out the door at $11,500 and finance for an incredibly easy monthly payment. I have had zero mechanical problems with the car. There are no weird noises, and the handling is as smooth as a newer vehicle. I can go an entire week of driving back and forth to work (about 15 mins away, 45 in rush hour) and to my kids' activities on a singl... (more)
Story
We were able to drive the vehicle out onto the beach at Mustang Island. We didn't go too far out, but the vehicle handled well in the sand and made a nice 'home base' for us while we enjoyed the beach. Easy to get the sand out afterward, because of the upholstery.
Pros
Affordability, gas efficiency, stereo system, easy to clean, spacious for a compact, good trunk space, and reliable.
Cons
USB charger port doesn't seem to work.

When I was on the market for a vehicle in 2011, I was looking for a midsize sedan. I wanted a vehicle with 4 doors, not too big and not to small. My friends recommended me to check out Toyota's models, since it is a reliable brand. So I did some research online, and found out the pricewise and style wise it would be a fit to my budget and taste. I like that the car is not too huge on the road, or when looking for a place to park, and yet inside it has enough room for passengers or things. The interior and exterior is black, which I also like.
Story
I did not have any fun stories with this car. It drives, it takes where I need to be, and I am as happy with it now as I was the day I purchased it.
Pros
I chose S model, which is a sports trim and it has some features that other models do not have (or at least, did not have at the time of me looking for a Toyota vehicle). Those features are: color (black interior was only available in the S trim for corolla), the steering wheel has remotes for car stereo (which LE model did not have), it has a decent fuel economy numbers, but I can't tell off the top of my head what they are, but it is definitely not a gas hog. Overall, everything about the car fitted what I wanted to have in a car for a moderate price. So far the vehicle has been running ... (more)
Cons
I find that acceleration is a bit slow, you have to really push the gas pedal to make it move real fast very abruptly. However, it is not a big drawback to me, because it fits my style of driving.

This dealership had a wonderful sales manager who took the time to meet with my family and I to help us purchase the right car. We had issues before with child car seats not fitting safely in the vehicle we had, and he pointed us to our awesome new car. We love it, and feel that the cost was worth our children's safety.

I have only bought through a dealer once before and this was a quicker more pleasant experience. They were honest, friendly and had what I needed. There was a warranty on the car for 90 days or 10,000 miles which covered transmission and mechanical issues. After about two weeks it started whining and when I took it to their mechanic it turned out to be the alternator. Even though the alternator wasn't covered under the warranty, they paid half the repair and their guy got us fixed in about two hours.
