The vehicle was a great bang for my buck. First thing I noticed when driving it was how smooth the steering was. It really puts the driver in control. It also accelerates very quick, which was fun and helps out a lot in traffic. One of my dislikes was that the back seats fold down but not all the way down flat. If there was a way to make them flat it would make me beyond happy.
Story
I moved from Texas to Colorado and it was a 12 hour drive. I was able to have all my pets (3 cats, 2 birds, and 5 rats) in their cages and fit comfortably in the back seat.
Pros
The top positive things were that the interior of the car was fairly quiet. I have had cars in the past that had a lot of road noise. Another top positive of the car is the fact that it is flex fuel. Very convenient for road trips. As a student, it was very efficient for getting to all my classes and getting to work without having to use a ton of gas. The engine did not need an oil change til ten thousand miles which was very different to me but nice to my wallet.
Cons
Top negatives of the car was the automatic gear box would lag sometimes. I could feel it trying to get to third gear, but it would be slow with the shifting. The dashboard had an option in the settings for temperature but nowhere on the console was a display of the temperature.

My Ford Focus is a solid car that gets good gas mileage. It is the common ford red and after 15 years still doesn't have a scratch on the paint job. The moon roof in my model is a great plus that gives the car some character. The seats recline manually but, do adjust height as well. The large disc player fails once in a while. However that`s really the only major issue. My car hit almost 100000 before needed anything major for repairs. With it being a United States built car the parts are cheap and easily assailable.
Story
This car and my family took a great to the beach and it made it without a hitch.
Pros
The spoiler definitely gives this model a sharp look. With the moon roof being buttoned controlled, its only a single click away from being open or closed. The trunk button is also, in a unique spot to keep people who might try to get in it out. The real top thing about this car is the excellent AC that is prepped and running almost instantly.
Cons
The radio is a constant annoyance that works when it wants to. I got a replacement form Ford and it did the same thing as the first. Seems to have a mind of its own. The moon roof also, started leaking and cost 1200 to replace because it got discontinued after four years. The ignition is a problem as well and needs to get changed with Fords fix me up model.

The salesperson was very attentive to us while we were at the dealership. We were always treated with respect and in a courteous manner. We took our cars in for repair from hail damage. When they were not able to fix our cars completely they offered us great deals on our trade in vehicles even though we were upside down on both vehicles. They were extremely fair and understanding.

The customer service is wonderful. I had purchased a vehicle before from them and they were always kind, considerate and welcoming. The took me thorough the whole process and showed me what kind of financing terms I qualified for. Not only was the test drive fun, but had fun dealing with the staff. I never felt like I was being "sold", more like was being assisted.
