I purchased my 2010 Corolla in 2013. Previous to this purchase, I had purchased in 2004 an '03 Corolla. Though I cannot speak to every aspect, I think the Corolla series is one of high quality. My '03 and '10 models are similar in many ways, particularly the quality of the product. I had my '03 model for seven years before trading it in with 150,000 miles. I never had a single problem with the '03 vehicle other than general maintenance and the general wear and tear of the car. Likewise, the 2010 model was previously owned when I purchased it, yet, after having put over 40,000 on the car myself (with now over 120,000 miles on the car), the health of the car is still great. Again, general wear and tear is expected in any vehicle, but the quality of craftsmanship and durability of the car... (more)
Story
My family and I travel south several times a year for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a couple of summer time trips. The best trip we ever had in our car was our trip to Disney World! It was a twelve-hour trip, but we had so much fun singing with the radio, playing road games, eating meals, and spending time together, our car became almost like a small apartment for us.
Pros
Gas mileage (I travel a bit). Safety features (for my young son and wife). Compact, yet spacious in leg room and trunk space. Quality craftsmanship and durability of the vehicle.
Cons
The only con that I have is just a simple one, in that I don't care too much for the door guards. One of mine began to peel, and I discovered simple 3M tape holds it together.

2001 Toyota Corolla - A really great car.

The car is cute and compact. I like the automatic mirror adjustment feature. I like the spoiler on the trunk which I think makes a non-sporty car look snazzy. The size of the trunk is really large for such a small car. I've seen cars that are quite a big bigger with smaller trunks. I like the radio/cd combination that came with the car. The interior is gray which doesn't show a lot of dirt. I didn't expect to enjoy the car as much as I have. It was old when I bought it and had 204,000 miles. I expected to drive the car for two to four years. Now, seven years later, I'm still driving the car which has had no breakdowns since buying it. I have only spent money for tires, wipers and a battery. I did have to replace the motor for the power window on the driver's side front window, but that... (more)
Story
When moving to another state on a nearly four-hour drive, I had six pet cats that were moving with me. That's a lot of cats for a small car. I had to make sure the car was filled up with gas before I could free them from their cages. While I know I should have left them in their crates (two cats per crate), I just couldn't bring myself to leave them that way. Turns out, once the crates were op... (more)
Pros
The electric windows, the electric mirror adjustments, the rear defrost; the headlights which seem really bright, the body style is cute, the tinted windows are nice, the low maintenance is fabulous; the radio/CD is great, the air conditioning still works as well as when it was new, the trunk is pretty large for a small car, and the sun roof, which has never leaked, is a nice touch.
Cons
The car leaks a small amount of oil which some may say is really bad, but the engine seems to be fine, and this certainly isn't the first car I've owned that I had to periodically add oil. I add a quart about every three or four fill-ups; the car is obviously built for someone not too large/tall; the back seat probably could be bigger; the cigarette lighters do not work so I can't charge my cell phone in the car; the car is a light silver which is not a color I would have chosen. It would be nice if the radio/cd combo had a place to plug in my tablet for listening to my songs.

I love this dealership, simply because of the services they provide. The salesmen & service department are wonderful, & so are the office workers. You will never go "unnoticed" there, because they greet you warmly and make sure they can help you in the best way possible. If you are searching for something they don't have, they will help you find a suitable replacement, or will actually call or email you if they do come across something!
