I bought this car used, and with regular oil changes and other maintenance, I haven't had any major issues. It is not full of too many high-tech bells and whistles, but it still has a nice stereo, and I have to say the driver's seat is one of the most comfortable places I sit all day (Thank you, lumbar support!). The hatchback model I have allows for a totally flat surface from the back door to the back of the front seats. I've been able to do some serious landscaping - we hauled 1,200 pounds of granite and the car is no worse for wear. Even better, this whole surface is hard plastic, not fabric that will get stained. When the back seats are folded up, there is foot-room and head-room for two adults to sit fairly comfortably in the back seat. That was the main attractor for us - a car... (more)
Story
This car was comfortable (and reliable) for two people on a drive from Washington, DC to Austin, Texas and back.
Pros
Pros: comfort back seat room fold-down back seats for hauling area fuel efficiency
Cons
Road noise back hatch door is very slow/heavy

I like the size of the vehicle a lot. It is much smaller than a van or a station wagon or SUV, but it is flexible with the hatchback and has a nice amount of legroom. It handles well and the interior has a really nice feel to it. I dislike that we bought it new and that it's more expensive than if we had gotten a smaller hatchback.
Story
Moving the couch in it is pretty amazing.
Pros
I like the feel of the interior. It seems a little higher end then less expensive cars. I also like the hatchback nature and the fact that a middle and the front seat fold down. I have used this to move an entire put together couch before! And yet, it's much smaller than an SUV or a van.
Cons
The price for it new is not great considering that it is really a roomy hatchback. I also don't like that the seat that folds back behind the front passenger seat is a single seat. If one is trying to move something that is wider and long, so they have to fold down the front seat, it would fit better if the double seat would fold in the middle behind the folding front seat.

Even though they had a very limited selection of the minivan we wanted, they were willing to work with us to make absolutely sure we were happy with the one we finally settled with.

This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. There was no pressure and they honored the price given in their email when we arrived. We also like doing business closer to home.
