I love my van. I am very happy with the pick up that it has. I love the features including a back-up camera. My kids seems to be very happy with the leg room in the back of the van. I would have liked a darker color for the interior, but it was all the dealership had at the time. I also think that Toyotas in general are a pretty expensive brand to buy, and this was my first Toyota, but so far, it has been worth it. The air conditioning works great and seems to be able to get to the entire van with no problem. I get good gas mileage for it being a van. We travel a lot, so good gas mileage is very important. I am in the market for a bike rack for the back of the van but haven't been able to find one that will be easy to put on and off with the shape of the back of the van. I do wish this... (more)
Story
We always take this van on vacation. One of the best trips was driving from Baltimore to Tennessee. The van did great, and my kids were comfortable to entire trip.
Pros
My favorite features of the car are the good gas mileage and the ample amount of leg space in the back of the van (I like how you can move the back seats up and back enough to allow space for larger people in the back seat). I do also like the color of the van (dark gray), and I like that the van lets me know when maintenance is required. Life can get so busy, and sometimes I can forget when I need to bring the van in.
Cons
I am not a big fan of the interior. I think it gets dirty too quickly, but that is all they had available at the dealership at the time.

Our family loves our Toyota Sienna. It is a safe, fun-to-drive family car which we have owned for almost two years. Since I am a mom who does not work out of the home, I am constantly running errands and driving my children and their friends. It is essential that I have a safe and reliable vehicle for this purpose.
Story
My kids like to call the rear stowaway boxes in the third seat their "emergency boxes."
Pros
The Sienna is very easy to drive. It turns on a dime and has a lot of power in it. I am able to speed up without experiencing any loss of power. It is very good on gas, too. I can go about 410 miles on a full tank, driving in town and around the county. I like how all of the seats are comfortable enough for an adult to sit in. Our family travels home twice a year and we also host out-of-town friends and family frequently, so it is important that our minivan be safe, reliable, and comfortable for all passengers.
Cons
I wish that my model had the ability to open the rear hatch while inside the car or by remote. Later models have this feature. I also wish that the plastic pieces around the floor tracks were better made as ours always pop up when someone walks on them. When we had XMSirius satellite radio as a free trial, it was a nice feature but the sound quality out of the speakers (with satellite radio) was not good. The sound was very tinny. In contrast, sound quality using the AM/FM radio or CDs is excellent. I think that if XMSirius wants to retain more customers after their trial run expires, they... (more)

The salesmen were friendly and very receptive to my requests and needs. I was on a very specific budget and also knew what I wanted to pay for the car. I had some bad experiences with other dealerships (not listening to what I was looking for, pushing a much higher budget and telling me "not to worry about it"). The salesman at Fitzgerald sat down and took the time to talk to me and understand what I was looking for. This made me comfortable and led to an enjoyable experience.

I loved our car buying experience with Carmax! The no-haggle pricing makes the process and much less anxiety-inducing then other dealerships. Our sales person was patient while we test drove 4 vehicles. Once we decided which one we wanted, the purchasing process took less then an hour! We are very happy with our purchase and will buy from them again!
