Best car for year round needs.
We purchased this mini van as a requirement for our growing family. We were never mini van type people and I feel dread every time I think this is what I drive. The Toyota Sienna is one of the best mini vans out there. We purchased the AWD model to ensure we could get out and about in the varying Colorado weather. It has sure delivered and made us never worry about being stuck any where. The kids love the room they have in the back. The entertainment system is valuable enough to keep the peace on long road trips and the second sunroof makes for even better climate control. The gas mileage for the Toyota Sienna is average for a mini van but still isn't the best. My largest complaint is that it is not easy to install a tow bar on the back of my mini van and that this is a mini van and not an SUV. Other than that we love the Toyota Sienna and highly recommend buying one.

2013 Toyota 911
This dealership has been far from the best. Last week I used the dealership for a recall repair issue. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance and was told that my car would be available by 2pm. At 2:30pm I called to ask for an update and told my call would be returned ASAP. I called again at 4pm and kept getting transferred to an inactive voice mail. After calling back 10 times, the receptionist walked back to the customer service rep and told me the car wouldn't be available until 630pm, and there was no shuttle service after 6pm. In the morning I called for the shuttle, and I was told that the customer service rep had the day off. It took the staff 30 minutes to find my keys. Worst customer service and communication ever. So unprofessional. I hope that I don't have any further recall issues. This office is terrible!
