I love my Sienna! I am a mother of four rough and tumble boys. We run around all year to soccer, water polo, and every sport in between. It gets very very dirty, but cleans up nicely every Thursday, when I take it to the car wash. The best part is that we have put over 140000 miles on our van and haven't had to do anything but regular scheduled maintenance. We have driven it cross country several times. I am always confident when leaving the state that I'll be safe from break downs. The driver's seat is very comfortable and adjustable. It's comfortable and easy to maneuver. The turning radius is great. It's easy to park and get where I need to go. It is also surprisingly fast. A lot of other vans feel like they are struggling to get up to speed when you enter the freeway. My van doesn'... (more)
Story
We moved from Florida to New Mexico this year. We spent two weeks driving cross country with our family of six. Our boys watched movies and played on iPads and Kindles. They were able to charge their devices using the outlets behind the back row. The outlets were so useful for a long trip. Also, all of the seats can recline independently of the other seats. The kids could lie back and take a n... (more)
Pros
I love that the back seats can fold down flat and the middle seats can come out. We have used the van to transport furniture and other large items. It is a very versatile vehicle. I also love that the air conditioning has separate controls for the front and rear. My husband and I like the temperature a little cooler than our kids. With separate controls, everyone is comfortable and happy. It also gets pretty good gas mileage. We get around 22 mpg freeway, and about 19 in the city.
Cons
I wish that I had bought the towing package. It would be very handy. Also, the dash had deteriorated somewhat. It has a tacky feeling to it. But, that's been recalled. Once we get our ducks in order, we'll have that replaced, free of charge.

2012 Toyota Sienna - I enjoy the vehicle and the way it handles.

The interior build feels very high quality. The stereo system splits front and back very well. It can pick up a variety of frequencies. The back trunk is very spacious and can hold a large amount of stuff. The leather seats are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. The engine handles exceptionally, and we haven't had any problems with it since buying the car. It accelerates well, and the engine is quiet. Also, the design is sleek and very high quality. It has very good gas mileage. One issue is that the cup holders aren't adjustable. So, normal household mugs can't be put in them. The seat addition is simple to install, comfortable, and matches the car very well. The TV looks nice, and the remote is very easy to use. The drivers' and passengers' seat move electron... (more)
Story
Once, we accidentally turned off the power for the doors and trunk. We were all used to pressing a button and opening the door, so when we couldn't, we all got a bit annoyed. We took it to the dealership to get it fixed, and they told us that we accidentally turned off the power. They pressed the button to turn on the power, and the doors started working again. We were all relieved at not havi... (more)
Pros
The car is very dependable. and the air conditioning works spectacularly. It's a very good looking car, and the seats are comfortable. The radio rarely has interruptions or problems and has a very simple and easy to understand interface.
Cons
When you're watching a movie the speakers are very quiet. The leather seats get extremely hot when left in the sun. The cup holders are not adjustable, and when using the eighth seat, it's very difficult to get out of the back seats.

I wouldn't necessarily call it "the best", but they were good overall. The salesman I dealt with wasn't pushy or over-talkative. He just let me drive the car, and he answered questions when I had them. That was nice because it felt more like I was buying the car rather than him trying to sell it. The purchase process was quick and low pressure, though the extra dealership fee ($700) was a bit high - that ought to be worked into the price of the car rather than slapping it on after.
