Great Little Car!
In short, I love this car. It's perfect if you want something that's economical yet reliable. It's cute but not flashy. The interior is much the same, though it may take some people a little while to get used to the odometer and all that being in the middle of the dash instead of directly in front of the driver. At the time it had the best combination of gas mileage/price of the car. It may still, there are many cars on the market with that get more mpg (I get about 35 in the city and 42 on the highway), but they're drastically more expensive. It's not the most luxurious car, but it's comfortable. I've taken it on many long trips. It's pretty roomy for such a small car, though my friends that are well over 6' have mentioned it being uncomfortable. It has a surprising amount of trunk space. I've had it for 6 years now and it's never been in the shop - just regular stuff like oil changes and tires. Performance wise, it's adequate. Handling and braking are fine, but acceleration is a struggle if you're trying to merge on the highway quickly. It struggles to accelerate quickly, though it handles highway speeds fine once it's there. The handling is very responsive and it has an excellent turn radius - it's super easy to park.
