The 2006 Chevy Malibu that I owned had to be one of the worst-built cars I have ever driven. The car felt so loose that I was always worried that it would fall apart at any moment. The car had a ton of sway to it when it drove. Whenever I went around a corner, for its size and build quality, the car had way to much power. I always felt that the car was going to get ahead of itself. I was never sure if the car was just built poorly or if it needed better parts. I did not want to spend the money to upgrade it.
Story
I decorated the car for my sister's college graduation and she loved it. She drove it decorated all summer long. She left the marker on for so long it took forever to clean properly.
Pros
The car was very comfortable. The car had a lot of power for its size. The Malibu never felt too small, which is nice. It was not that expensive which at the time was perfect for me. It only had one major issue during the time I owned it so the cost of ownership was low.
Cons
The suspension and shocks were not up to the task to drive the car safely down the road. The gas mileage was not that great for its size.

The Chevy Malibu was not a good purchase. I got this car used when I needed a cheap car to get me to and from school. I got it used with around 50k miles on it, and it was a disappointment from year one onward. I had to fix multiple items on the car, and it broke down frequently. The worst part was that the car never steered correctly despite getting an alignment. One of the one good things about the car was that for its size and class it was fast. Because it was fast, it got poor gas mileage.
Story
The car got buried by a snow plow, and I had to dig it out. Once I partly dug the car out, I hopped in, warmed it up, and floored it out of the snow. Snow went flying everywhere as I made my escape.
Pros
It was a cheap car, and for its size, it was fast. I did like the fact that it was smaller and could fit in almost any parking spot.
Cons
Too many cons to list. I had to fix a lot of parts on it, and it did not get great gas mileage. It did not steer straight, and I frequently had to replace fluids. One of the worst parts was the suspension. I felt like every bump rocked the car to its core.

I had no hassle with this dealership. They did not try to do a sales pitch, as I already knew the price, up front. The prices were great, and Ashley, my sales rep was great. In fact I since have sent all 3 of my sisters to Hertz car sales for their cars. In addition we have all gotten compliments on our vehicles.

It was an effortless experience. I started it online and went into the tore to finish it. I actually was able to try the car out for 3 days before I finished the sale.
