Good for my needs.
Overall the vehicle was good for my needs. I attend a lot of craft shows so I need room to carry my goods. It handles well on wet and snowy roads. Maintenance relatively low. So far just had to have our changes and air conditioner fixed. I do wish it had more back room for hauling but I won't complain. Seats are comfortable and easy to clean. Child safety locks are wonderful when you haul the little ones. Plenty of leg room front and back.

It just keeps going
I have owned my car for over ten years and never once have I had a major problem with it. Everything has worn very well, and it's been a super reliable car. The car currently has 178,000 miles- I've had it since it only had 48,000 miles on it- and it has never broken down or had a major repair issue. I dislike the fact that it does not have four-wheel drive, but it has been safe in the snow. About once a year the car will shut off on it's own at stoplights, but it always starts right back up. The air conditioning has had to been charged a couple times, I'm not sure if it's a typical issue or how often most cars have to be recharged. My Trailblazer has had the common issue of burning up the heating and cooling fan - that's been replaced twice. I like the fact that it's a roomy, family friendly car. I do wish the trim options were more and I'd have preferred an extended version of the car, but I guess some people are happy with the five seats. I do think that being able to have the option to have five or eight seats with the same look and feel. I do have to say that I'm disappointed to know that Chevy stopped making the vehicle in 2008, because I would absolutely have bought another Trailblazer when this one needs to be replaced - you still see a lot of them on the road.
