I have owned this vehicle for three years now. It has been dependable and something that we have relied on from getting groceries to taking our kid to appointments, having fun with it, as well taking it off road driving through back roads and creeks all while holding all of our gear. There are only few things I dislike about it, but the benefits outweigh the flaws. Slightly poor gas mileage and the seats can be uncomfortable, at times, during long trips. The vehicle should have discs all the way around, but it does not. There are drum brakes in rear and still, to this day, I have a love hate relationship with the dash layout and interior design. There are parts I like, but then parts I feel were just thrown together at the last minute when it was in designed. I can even say the same for the exterior, depending on what angle I am looking at it. It has been a champ. It is awesome in the winter and has gotten us through some rough winters. When we put it into four wheel drive, it almost seems unstoppable.

A great family vehicle
Overall, I am very happy with my Nissan Pathfinder. It is spacious enough for a family of four. I like the third-row seating option. It is practical enough for my needs.

My car salesman let me take as much time as I needed to make the decision I needed. I was not pressured or coerced in any way. I visited other dealerships in the area and had TERRIBLE experiences at all of them who employed extreme tactics (like keeping my keys hostage while they pushed numbers on me). This dealership was low pressure and that ultimately won my business.
The atmosphere is calm and nice and when I went back, maybe about a month later, the guy who sold me the car still knew my name, followed up with questions on how I liked the car, and pointed me to the person I had to talk to in the business office.
Very professional and I would recommend starting here. If I am still in the area when I decide to trade or purchase again, this is where I will start my search.

I did not have the best experience with First Team. I was shopping for a used vehicle for my child and the process was very tedious. I was at the dealership for over three hours waiting for paperwork and when I got to speak with the finance person the details were still incorrect. The salesman also promised me a couple of extras that he would deliver with the vehicle and he did not. I have also used the maintenance department many times in the past and felt overcharged and like I got the runaround.
