My favorite part of this vehicle was how I felt like I was in a truck (up nice and high), but it handled like a car. I liked being able to haul things if I needed to and in bad weather it was up high enough that I did not worry about water or anything. It really never gave me any problems, I really can't think of anything I did not like about it. I would still have it but my daughter lives where there is a lot of snow so I traded vehicles with her. It was fun to drive and I could get a lot of people and supplies in it.

This is a great model year for the 4-Runner. 2001 models look rugged yet comfortable and their performance is outstanding. There is plenty of room for five people, it's fun to drive in regular or muddy/snowy/rainy/icy conditions!
