Superb experience all around! I had been looking for a Dodge Caliber for about a week. I had emailed and talked to a few dealers. All, literally all of them gave me the run around. I met Craig Benner of Koons through a referral and he was nothing short of excellent to work with. We communicated throughout the day via text. He sorted all the paperwork ahead of time. We were in an out of the dealership within 2 hours thanks to Craig's professionalism and the simple fact that he's a straight shooter. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely do business with Craig again!

Let me say upfront that I hate buying a car from a dealership. I don't like the hassle, the game, or pressure. I can honestly say that my experience with the salesman was amazing! He took the time to listen, did not pressure me, and was patient. He did his homework and even let me take car overnight to allow me time to think about it before making any final decision. I have already recommended him to two friends who are interested in purchasing as well.
