Used 2017 Kia Sorento for Sale

I was looking for a car to accommodate my kids and dogs while I travel, and the Sorento was the perfect choice. The middle and third row fold down completely flat, so I can also accommodate my frequent trips to Home Depot to pick um my DIY supplies. A lot of SUV options in my price point did not offer the third row, which wasn't an absolute requirement, but it was definitely a plus when my two kids need their own space on long road trips. It's such a great "mom car" alternative to the dreaded minivan!

I really liked the affordability of an SUV that had room for seven people. I have owned many Kias in the past, and all of have very reliable. With this vehicle, my perception of Kia has plummeted. I had four children under the age of eight along with my spouse and I. We were going to visit family about three hours away. We made it one hour and were stranded on the side of the road. When I purchased the vehicle, there was 42 miles on it, at this point it had 1,450 miles on it. The only good thing is that Kia has a great warranty, with roadside assistance. I called the number and was told they had dispatched a tow truck. Four hours later, the tow truck had not arrived. After a total of five hours on the side of the road, it finally showed up. We were towed to the nearest Kia Dealership (mind you it was 2 1/2 hours away from my house!) After some discussion and four very rambunctious children running around the lobby, they finally agreed to give me a loaner car. I found out two days later that the engine had thrown a rod and needed to be replaced.
