Is it a sports car?
The Sonic is a great little car- it's easy on the eyes and the pocketbook (great MPGs!). I've put over 40,000 miles on it and haven't had any issues. It's a smooth ride with decent speakers (but there aren't any speakers in the back, so don't expect surround sound!) I do wish it was all-wheel or four-wheel drive, but it still performs fairly well in snow covered mountains. It's Bluetooth capable with a touchscreen (it does get dirty rather easily). There's also a decent amount of trunk space! To note: the seats do fold down when you need them to (it took me a while to figure this out)! The seats are synthetic leather, so they clean up easily and look nice. They're also heated-but only in the front. The AC/heat fan has started to make a weird noise, but is still working great. I can't complain about the drive, the break and gas are super responsive. It is also Wi-Fi capable and it worked well for the 3 months I had it-but I chose not to renew it. It also has on-star and XM radio, but I don't pay for either of those. One of my favorite things is the back-up camera, but be aware that while it has the color lines- it doesn't beep when you're close to another car. The lights are automatic, which is perfect, since I would never remember to turn them off. The backseat isn't particularly roomy, but it's serviceable!

Reliable, gas efficient, affordable
The 2005 Toyota Corolla LE is a nice looking car. The inside has wood like trimming around the dash board, a 5 disc CD changer, a lot of room for storage. The car is very comfortable for a compact car. The cabin and trunks are spacious. I have had the car since 2005 and haven't had any major issues with it. I have only had to change the oil as needed, the breaks have been changed twice, the spark plugs once, the belt once, and of course I have had to get tires through out the years. The car is very quiet. The car accelerate nicely and handles very well. It is very easy to control. I feel extremely safe in this car. As for the cons, the headlights fog up and are difficult to clean. It did not come with an iPod port, but that is probably because iPods where not very popular at the time that I purchased my car. Also, when the "check engine" or "maintenance required" lights turn on you have to play the guessing game to figure out what need to get fixed. For the check engine light, you can go to Pep Boys or Auto Zone, but for the maintenance light you pretty much have to guess. The cloth seats should be darker so that they are easier to keep clean. Overall, I would recommend the Toyota Corolla.
