The Chevy Sonic (hatchback) is a great car for the price and space. I bought the hatchback to be able to haul furniture from the store, and let me tell you, I have brought home a 16-cube organizer, a large armoire, and a table and chairs for my son.

This car is a hatchback model. The hatchback function allows one to transport long items. The rear seats fold forward to provide more space. This is great for dogs as they are able to lie down and can easily look out the window. There is plenty of space in the front two seats for adults. Both the driver and front passenger have airbags. The windows are electronically controlled. The rearview mirror is easily manipulated for dimming the bright lights of cars behind you at night. The rear window has a windshield wiper. The mileage and speed displays are easy to see while driving. The display shows how many miles are left in the gas tank. There is a built-in yellow alert when the amount of gas in the car is less than needed for 45 miles. There is a red alert to warn you when you are about to run out of gas. The back doors are built in a way that makes the car look larger than it is. There is plenty of room to keep items inside both front doors and in the middle console.
