Great Car
My Ford Escape is the greatest purchase I've ever made. I've owned it for over five years and aside from oil changes and tire rotations I have not had to do a single amount of maintenance. I've been in a few fender benders and nothing results on the vehicle. It is durable and an awesome overall car.

This dealership was actually not so great. I went when it was still Performance Ford & Lincoln and it was the definition of a shit show. They forgot to file some of the paper work I had filled out. They called me twice to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up when in fact it was someone else car (not even the same model as mine). It was an overall terrible dealership & experience.
