They made the process of doing all the paperwork very simple. They didn't pressure me to buy and extended warranty. He just explained the pros and cons of buying it. It was a Certified Used car so I felt secure that I wouldn't have problems with the car. When I got home I realized the jack was missing. I called them and they were very apologetic and shipped one out to me the very next day. I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely buy from them again.

When I finally approached the gentleman, who had first inquired if I needed help, he was very considerate of my needs and desires. I never felt as if I was being pressed to make a purchase. Once I made my intentions and my financial situation clear, he worked with me and even offered a substantial reduction in the final price for the vehicle that I desired to buy.
