The overall performance of this vehicle is quite satisfactory. It has a tight turn radius and handles well during various driving conditions. The seating is durable with adequate legroom in the back for children or other passengers. The dashboard lighting is a nice blue with an adjustable brightness level. The electrical components are all in working order. The trip and cruise control features continue to be accurate and helpful. The fuel economy is excellent both in town and on the highway. The body style is sleek with a delicate curve on the side to give the Elantra its own unique characteristic among compact sedans. The tinted windows reduce glare and add to the aesthetic. The trunk space is large enough to easily hold luggage for four. The suspension provides a ride so smooth it feels like you're gliding down the road.

My Hyundai Elantra is a wonderful car. The styling of this car is great, looks sporty and traditional at the same time. The interior is very nice, however, I have tan cloth seats and trying to keep those seats clean and free of dirt is a task so that's a bit annoying. The comfort of this vehicle is outstanding. The seats are very comfortable, the front and back seats, and there is enough room for 5 people to fit comfortably. The trunk space is also a great size that I can't complain with at all. Only dislike about that area is that there was no spare tire, but a flat tire kit instead. I don't care too much for those kits but I'm sure finding a spare is not a problem. I love the fuel economy. I get approximately over 33 miles per gallon in the city and close to 38 on the highway. Performance wise, it is average. The horsepower seems a bit low but, nevertheless, it does what it needs to do. The audio system could use an update, and I don't particular care for the small speakers in the door, but the audio still sounds great and the Bluetooth connectivity is worth it. Backup cameras are a must! Before this vehicle, I never had a backup camera but I was fine with backing up. But, when I started using the camera, it made backing up so much easier. Definitely my favorite feature of the car. This car has it's pros and cons, but if you are looking for the perfect starter car or just a car to bring you from point A to point B, this is it!
