I leased a 2010 Toyota Prius in the Summer of that year. This car has been the best I've every owned. No, its not a sports car with agile handling, but its not meant to be. The gas mileage is right around 50 miles per gallon as claimed. It really shines when driving in stop and go traffic, as the motor shuts off and runs on electric power at speeds generally around 20 miles an hour or less. I have about 50,000 miles on the car now, and nothing, I mean nothing has gone wrong maintenance wise in the 5 years I've driven it. The only thing I've done is routine oil and filter changes, and I did get a set of new tires after about 4 years. The car drives so pleasantly, its so quiet and just oozes quality engineering. I have absolutely no regrets with this vehicle.
