I really like the build quality of the car. When you are on the highway, you feel secure knowing that the car is crash tested up to 70 miles per hour. The road noise is extremely minimal, and with the superior shocks, the road might as well not be there. My only complaint is that the air conditioning filter has a tendency to get a smell, which you can change out to fix but develops again within a few months. Small complaint overall though.

A Favor
The most positive thing about the car is honestly the mileage. With the turbo addition, I regularly get 35 to 40 miles per gallon. When making longer trips, it is our go to vehicle. Additionally, it is very comfortable, the seats are well made and the leather interior makes for a cool seat during the warmer months. The sound system in the car is also fantastic. The bass can be felt clearly, but in some cheaper cars, you will get the rattling of the parts at these volumes while this is like being in closed ear headphones.
En Contra
As I mentioned before, there was a bit of a smell that the air filter seems to create, but that could also be due to where I live. Most negative thing would be that the touch to unlock feature seems shoddy and only worked well when we first purchased the car. Also, the key batteries do not seem to hold a charge for very long.

The best thing about my vehicle is that it has a great reputation for safety. Volvo is well known for creating a safe vehicle. When I get into my sedan I feel like I'm driving an army truck. In my household there are two Volvos. One happens to be almost 12 years old and it still drives like a dream. I've rented a lot of cars when I've travelled and frankly they do not stand up to the classic, good quality of a Volvo. The interior of the car is slick and simple. If you like flashy things, this is not the car for you. The car radio is very unique since it's almost floating away from the console. The 2012 version is very spacious with plenty of leg room for back seat passengers. The 2004 version is a much smaller sedan and might not be as nice for long road trips. When driving on the expr... Historia
One of my favorite stories is actually parking my car at work. There were two other people at my job with my same car. Model and everything. We would make an effort to park next to each other and claim to everyone that we set up a volvo dealership outside.
A Favor
I want to say that the best thing about my car is how safe it feels. It doesn't feel like a toy car. When I get into my car, I don't worry about the car breaking down on the express way or any of the parts failing to work. I also love how spacious and luxurious the interior feels. The tan leather in my car gives it a very sophisticated feel. I think the consoles and radio are very well designed.
En Contra
The gas mileage is the biggest problem I have with this car. It isn't very fuel efficient and I do a lot of driving so it hits my wallet pretty badly. The other thing I heavily dislike is that since it's a foreign car the repairs can be very, very expensive. Even something simple like an oil change can cost 200% more than on a regular, less expensive sedan.
