This vehicle looked very clean inside and out. As we were finalizing the deal, we overheard they had to jump start the car. Things seemed to be a little bit shady. As I had purchased three cars prior to this one, I believed in the dealership. The following morning after the purchase, the battery was dead. They replaced the battery. A few days later, the engine went out and had to be replaced. Luckily, we bought the extended warranty, but they argued over it covering the engine. Ultimately they did, but they held the car for over a month, which created a huge problem getting back and forth to work. Additionally, we did not receive the plates for months and found out it was because no one turned in the paperwork, and when they did, it was wrong....it was not a good experience.
Story
This vehicle is a SUV and holds quite a bit of stuff in the back. I love that we can load up and take off for the day or weekend anywhere we want to go. We have taken it to the beach on several occasions and take all our beach goodies with us: chairs, umbrellas, play toys, boogey boards, blankets, towels, and lunch goodies.
Pros
Vehicle looked nice, and the price was right.
Cons
Dead battery, new engine within days, took a really long time to fix, and paperwork for plates was messed up and took months.

I like the drive assist features such as blind spot indicators, parking sensors, and rear camera to make driving safer. The size is a good size with ample storage room for all of our stuff on short and long trips. It was pleasant to drive for the first 50,000. The engine has had frequent issues and recalls including needing to be in the shop for months at a time more than once when under warranty. When it has had other issues, we have had difficulty getting appointments for service. Fuel efficiency is not even close to what was advertised which is one of the reasons we went with this model.
Story
We drove this car through a giant redwood tree trunk in Northern California in the Redwood Park. The hole was pretty narrow and we were concerned the car wouldn't fit through, but it did.
Pros
Drive assist features such as blind spot indicators, parking sensors, rear camera. Good size for all of our stuff without being too big.
Cons
Frequent recalls and engine issues including needing to have engine almost entirely replaced. Seems to have gotten worn out faster than other cars.
