2016 Mazda CX-5 - I love this car. It still has the feel of a bigger vehicle but does well on gas.

My "zoom, zoom" is amazing. It is a great midsize. It is sporty and fun to drive. The seats are comfy, along with heated ones. The colors you can choose from are nice too. It has so many fun gadgets. I am a mother of three little ones, and I still manage to fit all three car seats in the back. It would be nice to have a little more room, but it does just fine. Before my Mazda cx-5, I owned a Mazda 3, that was another great car. Only why I traded that in was to get a bigger one, but I stuck with my Mazda family. I have never had any problems with either car. I have a sun roof in my new one, and it's one of my favorite features, along with the back-up camera. One word: Love! And even though it's not an AWD (which I love that Mazda offers that as well), it still handles great. I live on t... (more)
Story
The sun roof of course. My kids love having it open listening to music with the heater on and the wind blowing on a nice chilly day.
Pros
Back-up camera, Bluetooth, sensors for tire pressure, etc.
Cons
Recalls. I wish it were a bit bigger.

2016 Mazda CX-5 - Stylish and great for work.

Great midsize car with very good gas millage. When designing the CX-5 they were concerned about the little details. From the way the seats fold down to the cargo area cover it all works very well. If you want to haul stuff and still haul passengers in style this vehicle is the answer.
Story
Driving over St Helena Mountain with this vehicle is a real treat. All the turns where taken with ease.
Pros
The vehicle is very good on gas and still has the power to get over the mountains. This is a true sports utility vehicle. Haul the kids or haul the animal feed. It is easy to configure and does it well. The shutter for the cargo area is fixed to the door so it automatically opens when the hatch is opened. A single lever will lower the back seats. You don't have to remove anything. Of course all the automatic features makes this a real 21st century vehicle. From backing assist and collision warnings it takes the worry out of driving. With push button start and keyless entry the v... (more)
Cons
The vehicle is expensive and full of so many features. This is a utility vehicle and does not have to be so complicated.

The guys were friendly and did not seem at all bothered to show us as many cars as we wanted to see. I hate the feeling of being pressured and guilted into buying something. There was no pressure at all the first day. I actually came back on the second day to buy my car. The deal I got also seemed fair and reasonable.
