Used Ford Fiesta for Sale in San Antonio, TX

I bought a 2012 Ford Fiesta from AutoNation a little over a year ago. So far, I've had to bring it in three times to have it serviced for the same problems (difficulty accelerating, grinding noise while accelerating, violent shaking of the vehicle, gears slipping while driving). The first time I brought it in, the clutch was replaced. The same problems started up again about a week later. The 2nd time, they "reprogrammed" the car. The same problems started up again a few days later. This third time, I was told that they needed to replace the clutch again and that they were on backorder for eight weeks. The mechanic stated that the car was safe to drive until then. I didn't and don't feel that it's safe to drive. I can't accelerate properly. The mechanic told me that he was unable to put me in a rental for eight weeks or offer a loaner. I have also dealt with recalls on this vehicle—specifically, a recall on the door latches as there have been several complaints on Fiesta's doors flying open out of nowhere. I feel completely unsafe in my car, and I drive it as less as possible—especially on the highway.

For someone who needs a new car, but is on a budget, the Ford Fiesta is a very good option. Many years ago, I used to own a Ford Escort, of which the Fiesta is the worthy successor model. The engine is nice and zippy and responsive, the fuel economy is great, and the overall functionality and feel of the Fiesta matches its price and value. Someday, I will upgrade to a higher-priced vehicle, but, for now, the Ford Fiesta is a practical option that works very well for me.
