It was the first time that I chose and purchased a vehicle on my own in 2011. I walked into the dealership, being prepared to negotiate and pretty much knowing what I wanted to get. That probably helped with having a good experience at the dealership. I was greeted by their sales manager Alex. He was a very easy-going person to deal with and when we talked about what I would like to get ( a midsize Toyota sedan), he took me to their inventory. At that time I was not sure if I wanted a brand new car or a certified pre-owned. So he shows me their new vehicles first, which were within my price range, but that had less features than what I would like. Then I decided to see the models that are pre-owned, but may have more nice features. So he took me to the next lot, and that's where I saw the car that I ended up buying. There was no sales-pressure and the manner in which he handled the transaction made me feel that the experience of my car-buying was catered to me and my needs. He described the features that made this car different from other models that I saw, and I took it for a drive. The car was just 1 year old at the time, with under 10k miles, which was also my requirement for a used car. The car did well on a test, and as the time showed now, way after the test as well. The original price they offered was higher than I agreed to pay, so based on my knowledge of the market prices for this car in my area, we negotiated the deal to a satisfactory price that I originally had counted for.

This was the second time that our family purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The staff took the time and commitment to really work with us to find a deal and good price that we were all satisfied with. They really go out of their way to work with their customers. They even delivered the car to our house for the test drive. The vehicles were immaculate upon delivery, the price was fair. That is what made us repeat customers, and I will return again when it is time for a new car.

The salesman was very helpful at the dealership trying to find the best car for me. I also was able to meet this individual outside the dealership to talk about any questions I had about the different models available. He took me in his brand new Toyota Camry and let me drive the car as well. At the dealership, the whole part about trying to negotiate was real easy because there was none. I got a real good deal on a car that fully loaded would have cost me about 3-4 thousand more. I was able to take ownership of the car that night. Also, they had me bring it back to fully detail the car two days after.

Salesman was very friendly. I had been car shopping for a while now and every time I went into another office, I felt like I had been there all day but when I went to this dealership I already knew what I wanted and they were very quick and helpful through the process.

I am very pleased with their consistency & responsiveness, not to mention their thoroughness. I am @ 267,000 miles on my little Toyota, & with their expertise I expect to get to 500,000+. The details are not so important, as the professionalism that overshadows every aspect of their service.
