The Toyota Highlander is one of the best vehicle purchases that I have ever made. The seating is great, a full seven spots without it being a van. The ride itself is very smooth and quiet for such a large vehicle. The features are basic in the version we bought but there is no confusion about what button does what which really helps me out. I like things simple. The lights turn on themselves at night which is extremely convenient. The middle seat comes out so you can put a cup holder section in if not using it as a seat, it’s great for the kids. The Highlander we got was a nice silver color so low maintenance on the cleaning, and the tires are a good size. The seats could be a little more comfortable but overall they aren’t too bad and I don’t have any real complaints as far as perfo... (more)
Pros

I like the look of the car. Whenever we use a valet, they think it is a more expensive luxury model car. I love the way the car looks. As the commercials state on TV, they can't find the Buick because it doesn't look like a Buick. This has actually happened to us at a casino valet. So I not only like the look of the car, but also the fact that others think it is beautiful. The car is extremely comfortable. We use the seat electronics a lot because my husband is taller than me and the extra feature of setting it once and setting a button so all I have to do is push one button to set the car seat at my comfort level is great! There is plenty of leg room. The trunk is very large and is plenty big enough for all of our shopping sprees. The car is very quiet and I haven't found a blind spot... (more)
Story
The fun thing about this vehicle is that I often notice that the car has faster acceleration than cars beside me, and I'm not trying to beat the car next to me.
Pros
The top positive things about this vehicle is the look, the leather seats, the heating feature when cold, and its total dependability.
Cons
The top negative things about this vehicle is that it isn't made anymore, and that the ignition key is under recall, and that the dealer wasn't able to fix it the last time we were in about 3 weeks ago, because they hadn't received the part.

This dealer made me feel like I was getting a straight deal, no games in the sales process. They provided great customer service. Every item that they said they would address was taken care of right away. They even fixed something for free that they said would be an extra charge. They were very professional and I felt like they cared about me as a customer.

They were very helpful when I was picking out a car, since it was my first one, the test drive was great and went very smoothly, the man that helped figure out payments was informative and was nice and never pushy the entire time I was there. Also, the location is very convenient as it's only 30 minutes out from my hometown.
