Reliable, small, and rusty.
I like that my car is small and trustworthy. It always gets me where I need to get. I dislike that when one thing breaks, everything seems to go wrong with it. The car performs relatively well even after a long period of time. I have made repairs over time which haven't been too costly.

Focus reliability.
I loved the way my Focus looked, some of the older focus models were unshapely and ugly. Mine was sporty and sleek looking. This car also got great gas mileage and an improvement over my other car. This car was exactly what I was looking and hoping for in my next car. Ford gets a bad rap sometimes but I've had nothing but a great experience with my Ford.

They're very friendly and accommodating all the time. They're open until midnight for service during the week so I can pick up my car there after working late. Their waiting area is really modern and nice and they have comfortable chairs, free popcorn, coffee and water and all kinds of stuff to read. They're honest and don't try to sell you things you don't need
