1998 Ford Taurus - Reliable.
I bought this car right out of collage an it was my very first car, I never once had an issue with reliability and it was surprisingly spacious. I have driven this vehicle through rain and shine and snow for over 10 years and it has always gotten me to where I need to be. The engine was surprisingly powerful and I never had any issues getting trapped behind a semi for fear of not being able to have to pick up to get me around them. The interior suffered from being too plastic and there has been significant wear over the years that I have driven it. the car itself is not too flashy and I like that in a vehicle, I don't want to be a target for theft or for the police to think I might be a potential speeder. this car stays well under the radar. The trunk space is enormous I could get two ... (more)
Story
I live in Colorado and during a large snow storm I got myself trapped in the car. I could not go forward or backward and I was up against a snow bank on one side and not enough room on the other and I had to exit the car via the trunk.
Pros
Reliable, easy to maintain, lasts forever, huge trunk.
Cons
The car seems to be leaking constantly now, also the heater doesn't work any more. It's not very attractive.
2006 Ford Taurus - Good Old Ford
The performance of the vehicle is excellent. I have had the car for about 6 months to a year and I have had no problems with it. It was sold to me with 180,000 miles on it. It is a station wagon style, with an extra seat in the back. I am not a fan of Ford, but this car has proved that I should be. I never expected that Taurus made a station wagon, as I have owned other station wagons in the past and have had less than good experiences. I do a lot of off-road driving and this vehicle has handled exceptionally. I would recommend this vehicle to advanced and beginner drivers. I would also recommend this vehicle to both families, and single people as well. Best car!
Story
I was out in the national forest in Colorado, and I took this vehicle camping all the way back where you had to make your own road. It never got stuck once. And I had no difficulty doing it.
Pros
The pros of this vehicle is that it has cruise control for those long trips with the family, or if you simply want to go on vacation by yourself. It has automatic adjustable side mirrors from the drivers door. It has child safety locks on both of the rear doors. It has 4 doors and a hatch back for all of your supply and people loading needs. It has compartments in the rear of the car for storing your first aid kit, and jack. It also features a spare tire handy for if and when you get a flat! Rear cup holders that retract. Window lock from the driver door.
Cons
There are very little cons about this vehicle. One being that it came with a cassette deck stereo. It has a retractable antenna for the radio, and it has a smaller gas tank.

2005 Ford Escape - Spradley Ford Lincoln Pueblo
My Dad has known Charlie for a long time, so we got a great deal. Charlie also took the time to show me all the functions of the car.
