I really appreciated this dealership. Never once did I feel pressured, or haggled. They gave me detailed reasons for why they were giving me the price for my trade-in, and were really helpful in finding me a lease that worked out well for me and my budget. I felt like it was a collaborative effort, instead of a sale. Top notch.

The sales representative was patient and willing to field several questions about the mechanical and electrical condition of the car prior to the purchase. The vehicle was cleaned again so I could take a close look at the paint, and the dealership offered to fix about 3 things I was unsatisfied with after I committed to buying the car. The car needed some additional fixes AFTER I bought it, and these repairs were done free while I was granted indefinite use of a brand new Honda Accord!

I purchased this vehicle when it already had approximately 115,000 miles on it. This vehicle has been very fuel efficient, and also very reliable over the past 6 years. It has the ability to hold two car seats with ease. This vehicle had faulty airbags which were covered under several recalls and paid for by Honda. I have not had any significant mechanical issues, and I have taken very good care of the car through regular oil changes and other recommended maintenance.
Story
When I purchased the car, I drove to Duluth, MN and along the north shore of Lake Superior. It was a nice drive, and the car seemed to handle the journey well.
Pros
The best thing about this car has been its reliability. Other than a few oil seal leaks, I haven't had to perform any significant unscheduled maintenance (mechanical or cosmetic) while I have owned the car. It also seems to get pretty good gas mileage. It also has the ability to hold two car seats for my kids.
Cons
It is a relatively small car as compared to other SUVs and sedans on the road. I would fear that my car wouldn't provide adequate protection in an high speed collision given its relatively small size.

The Honda Accord has been a workhorse from the moment I bought it. I have had very few issues overall. I've had normal maintenance done, and I've never once had a breakdown. I have put over 30,000 miles on it per year for a total of 120,000 in four plus years. When driving that many miles, it is essential that the vehicle be dependable and this car has performed magnificently. I wish that it got better gas mileage in cold weather. It drops pretty significantly when the temperature drops below 40 F. I have been slightly disappointed with the interior light sometimes not working, but that is very minor. I also dislike the seats and I wish they would be more comfortable. My back hurts occasionally after a long drive. It is also rather loud running when idling and always has been. Those ar... (more)
Story
I have taken it to CO two times this year and put six people in it. Very cramped, but cheap trip
Pros
It is incredibly dependable, it looks nice and is roomy.
Cons
Gas mileage drops in cold weather, it is not as comfortable as it could be, it is not unique at all, and the dashboard is weird looking.
