The entire buying process was extremely fast, including a trade-in car. We went in and told a sales person what we were looking for and test drove a car. Then we went home. A couple of days later, she called stating that she had a vehicle similar to what we were looking for and we negotiated a price over the phone. We then went to the dealership so that they could take a look at our trade-in and then we spent 3 minutes negotiating the value. the most tiresome part was listening to the credit person (we were financing through the dealership) and saying no to his many offers. But, all in all, a very quick and painless process.

I really appreciated this dealership. Never once did I feel pressured, or haggled. They gave me detailed reasons for why they were giving me the price for my trade-in, and were really helpful in finding me a lease that worked out well for me and my budget. I felt like it was a collaborative effort, instead of a sale. Top notch.
