1999 Honda Accord - Reliable and comfortable.
The 1999 Honda Accord is the best vehicle I have ever owned. It is a very reliable car. I have never been stranded and have had only minor upkeep issues. I take it long and short distances and have never had any trouble. It is also very comfortable and has ample storage space for a car. I take it on large grocery trips frequently and have never had an issue fitting everything in. It has long outlasted my wife's car. I also like the design. It's simple and sleek. The con I have is that for some reason there is a 10 year span of production with Honda's where the clear coat comes off and the paint job looks awful. Mine falls in there but since my car is white, it's not nearly as noticeable as it is on the darker cars. The engine and transmission still run very well with no issues. There a... (more)
Story
We drove to a party once in my car. The party was not what we thought it would be and we were quite unhappy there. So several of us sat in my car in the driveway all night and had our own little party.
Pros
Reliability, comfort, low maintenance, nice design.
Cons
Paint job issues.
2002 Honda Accord - Very pleased
Other than the notorious transmission issues that people report with this car, I love it. I purchased it used in 2009 with 47,000 miles on it. It now has clicked over 191,000 miles this week. Very minimal problems, just a few suspension things here and there aside from regular maintenance. The transmission does slip and shift rough, but this has made it 30,000+ miles with a bad transmission. And it's reliable enough that I am planning to replace a transmission in a car with this many miles. Yes, I am replacing the transmission. It is a Honda and I trust it to run at least another 50,000 miles. The $1,000 I'll spend doing the transmission is way better than buying something else that won't last nearly as long. And, the repairs don't outweigh the value in the first place. This thing has ... (more)

loading it up on a semi truck from Ohio to be taken to San Diego California Port for it to be transported by ship to Maui, Hawaii. Most locals enjoyed seeing it on Maui.
Pros
Comfort and durability
Cons
The transmission slipping, and I prefer a standard transmission

2012 Honda Accord - Brown Honda Toledo
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the first dealership that didn't make me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I'd been driving a 1995 Honda Accord EX manual for 8 years, and they actually called the manufacturer to see about taking my 400k mile engine in for R&D. This got me a great value on my old car that went toward my new one.
