The Honda CRV is easily the best car I have ever bought. It has become the work horse for my wife and I. We live on a street with a very steep incline and we live in New England. Those two things can add up to a hard time to get home during the winter. I used to own a Ford Focus and sometimes I couldn't get up the road. With the CRV being AWD I have enough power and torque to make it up the road and I never feel like the tires are slipping. The CRV has plenty of room for 5 adults and lots of space for all the gear that goes along with them. Our favorite feature of the car is the "conversation" mirror. It is a fold up and down mirror above the rear view mirror. It is a way to look in the back seat without taking my eyes off the road. We have a dog and it makes it easy for me to make sur... (more)
Story
Right after we bought the car we went camping. We had all our gear, 2 adults and a dog and all her stuff. We had plenty of room and then some. It was the first time we ever been camping and not felt cramped in the car. We couldn't have had the dog going camping with us in the past because there wouldn't have been space.
Pros
Top things include AWD, great gas mileage of 28 miles per gallon, comfortably seats 5 adults. The seats fold down easily to get lots of stuff into the car. The folding seats can fold individually, so you could do 1, 2, or all 3 seats. The radio works great too. There are two cigarette lighter/charging spots with one in the front and one in the trunk. The car is small enough to fit into a compact car spot, but it is very roomy inside.
Cons
I don't like the fact that the shifter doesn't light up, so you have to look on the main console to see what setting you are in (reverse, neutral, drive etc.). You don't feel the gear change, so sometimes I go into second gear or neutral when I want to be in drive. I wish the car with a roof rack automatically versus as an upgrade.

This car is everything that you need in a slightly above-average vehicle. It only had one hiccup with a part that was covered under warranty. Other than that, it has been a strong, valuable purchase that I would purchase again. It doesn't let you down as far as features, overall design, and most importantly - performance. These cars just last a long time no matter what they've been through with very little maintenance needed. Honda's are known for the longevity and value, and they certainly didn't mess up with this model either. The comfort of seating is also very comfortable with enough leg room for everyone. It seats up to five people (including driver). The stereo is about average maybe a little sub par, in my opinion, but it still works as intended. As far as safety goes, this vehi... (more)
Story
Probably traveling around to see family and being able to see family with ease and comfort. It may not be "fun," but it's memorable in a sense that no issues or lack of comfort was had in those times. It puts you at ease knowing you can depend on a car or anything for that matter.
Pros
The top pros of this vehicle would have to be safety, comfort, efficiency, and low maintenance. My favorite features are its backup camera, gas mileage sensors, sunroof, compartments, and trunk space.
Cons
The outdated audio and stereo dashboard is a pretty big con about this car. It just looks and feels like they didn't care to put much effort into updating that part of the car in years and same with its newer models. They only slightly tweak the features to make them look more appealing, but overall its slow and unorganized and a lot of the times pointless. It will still work as intended for the most part, but honestly, it needs to have a huge upgrade in that department, and it's something Honda really has to concentrate on in the future. That's my only real con about the car.

Very nice atmosphere. Very clean. Huge waiting area with separate areas to watch TV, a quiet area to sit and read or use computer/cell phone, and an area specific for children. Nice, big selection of Hondas for sale. Quick service when take my car in for service. Service reps take time to explain exactly what's going on, and what options are available. I've never felt pressured to make a service decision.
