I leased the Fit for my school-age daughter her senior year, but ended up driving it myself when she went away for a summer internship and then college. This was the fourth Honda I owned ('82 Civic, 2002 Odyssey van, and 2012 Pilot), so obviously I am a fan of their cars, though this may have been my least favorite. Under the hood, I never had any problems with the engine; runs like a top. But I will say that it is seriously underpowered. This was not a big concern for my new-diver daughter who picked the car and I suppose underpowered is better than overpowered for a kid (though I am of the school that minimum power is actually safer) but it was pretty underwhelming to drive. There also is a notecable pause when you first hit the accelerator, which is probably related to some sort of... (more)
Story
I enjoyed the Bluetooth connection to my jams.
Pros
Tight like most Hondas Low maintenance. Good fuel economy.
Cons
Small gas tank. Flimsy trim. Underpowered.

I really like my Honda Fit. The vehicle handles well in all kinds of weather. I've driven it in wind, rain, snow, sun, etc. It handles hills well. Even in cold weather, it would start quickly and the engine would move to a good temperature quickly. The fans and A/C aren't too noisy. You know they're working, but they don't drown out conversation. It was a fairly inexpensive car to buy new, but that doesn't mean it was cheaply manufactured. I've had very little trouble with it, and the maintenance costs are quite reasonable.
Story
I had to stop to fill my tires one day. I live in a semi-rural, very friendly area. About every two minutes someone else stopped to see if they could help me out.
Pros
This car has much more room than it looks like. I view the name as a bit of a joke as it truly fits just about anything I can think of putting in it. For a small car, that is a real benefit. I have managed to move about 15-18 printer paper boxes full of stuff in it. As I took things out of it, I felt like I was in one of those clown car clips you see. Things just kept piling up outside.
Cons
Tires losing air and the outside noise can be a bit much when driving. I don't have to add air every month, but it's not fun when the tire pressure low light comes on since I'm not certain which tire has had the issue. It's a bit low to the ground so when backing out of angled driveways onto a flat surface you have to take care otherwise you might hear some scraping.

What I really like about this dealership was how friendly and accommodating they were. The salesman I worked with was more than happy, and patient, when showing everything about the car, answering questions, and going over paperwork.

They had a good selection of used vehicles and friendly staff. Basically I had searched the local dealerships for the vehicle I was looking for, and when I found it there the process was quick and easy. I believe I got a fair price too.
