I have owned this car for five years. I enjoy its size - it is a small, nimble car which makes it fun to drive. Although it is fun to drive, it is not the most reliable car I have owned. I have spent about $8k in repairs over the five years I've owned it. The car only has 67k miles, of which 30k were from me. In this time span major components of the vehicle such as timing chain and water pump have failed.

The mini cooper brand is a wonderful company to purchase a car from. The aesthetic of the design is above all others. The car is as fun to drive as it looks. This fun comes at a price, the car and parts can get expensive to maintain.
