I love my Honda Odyssey. The durability of the engine is impossible to beat. The leather interior stands up to my kids. The seat warmers are amazing in the winter. It has automatic sliding side doors. I do wish there was an option to switch them to manual, though, because one door is quite finicky now. Overall the vehicle performs amazingly and we have had very few problems with it. It's still going great after 200,000 miles! I have spent nights in the back with the fold down third seat while at the hospital with my children. It's very versatile inside.
Story
Every year in bartlesville, Oklahoma a local park has a Christmas light show. We load the kids up in the van and drive through the park slowly. Their faces light up looking at all the amazing displays the town puts up. After we always drive home and get hot chocolate to drink.
Pros
Leather interior DVD player Separate back controls for radio Separate back controls for heat and air Stow away seating Easily removable middle seats Luggage rack Smooth to drive Great interior lighting options Good storage area for spare tire Attractive body Lots of storage Nice color Easy to find parts Head room Very safe
Cons
Automatic doors Hatch type trunk Leather cracks easily Not code specific engine light Carpet not durable Speakers not great It's a minivan DVD player makes hard to see at night Middle windows don't roll down Automatic seat adjustment Plastic covers break easily Handles unscrew easily Difficult to reach backseat Hard to reach transmission dipstick Not a large gas tank

2007 Honda Odyssey - I like the extras in the van, but I have only had it a couple of months an the air conditioner went out and the plastic under it warped and dragged the ground.

We have had the vehicle since April and I already had to fix the clutch on the air conditioner. Apparently, Honda's have a lot of problems with the air conditioning. It drives well for the most part and I love the additional items it has like DVD and Navigation. It does not get very good gas mileage, but it has plenty of room which my family needs.
Story
I love to be able to drive around and let the kids watch tv. For once there is silence in the car.
Pros
Plenty of space in the van. Navigation and DVD player. Other than that, just an ok vehicle.
Cons
Air conditioning went out a little over a month after we bought it. Did research and that is pretty common. The plastic underneath the van has dragged the ground ever since we got it. Will have to buy a new piece and clips to fix it. Doesn't get as good gas mileage as advertised or I hoped.
