They have a very friendly staff. I inquired about the vehicle online since I live in Wichita, KS. And the dealership is in Oklahoma City. I received a phone call from the dealer within 15 minutes of inquiring online. I was able to get all of my questions answered and even got pre-approved for financing before I mad the trip to buy the vehicle. Once we got there it only took 1 1/2 hours to complete the purchase process - including a 30 minute test drive.
