This dealership gives great customer service and personal phone calls. We have purchased four Honda's from them over the years and have been happy with all our purchases. They do not try to gouge you and are honest. We really like Rick Fonseca!

The Honda Pilot is probably the best SUV, maybe the best overall vehicle that I have ever owned. It had been totally dependable and reliable, has decent styling, good power, and is very comfortable. I live in the Northeast and the 4WD allows me to drive through snow with ease. The car looks great and has a decent interior - a bit utilitarian, perhaps lacking sophistication of some of its contemporaries, however, perfectly suitable for a workhorse SUV. The cargo space is ample and the cabin is roomy. Maintenance and repair costs have been low and within reason. Overall, this is a fantastic vehicle and I would not hesitate for a moment to purchase it again.
Story
Once we were using the Pilot to transport food from a caterer to an event hall for a party due to the amount of space our car had as opposed to the other vehicles available. About halfway through the trip, we noticed that the the food smelled very strong and very good. When we arrived and opened the back, we were surprised to see meatballs and sauce everywhere. We eventually got the smell and ... (more)
Pros
The 4WD is one of my favorite features. It is selectable (not full time) which allows the Pilot to be fairly economical with regard to fuel economy. The Third Row seating is not something that I use very often, but it sure does come in handy when we need to carry a couple of extra people. The 6 Cylinder engine provides ample power and the vehicle drives surprisingly smooth for being based on a truck frame. The controls are laid out nicely and the seats are very comfortable. This is the vehicle that we always choose to take our long drives with.
Cons
There are a few cons with this vehicle, mostly wear and tear issues. The covering on the door handles eventually peeled off and became sharp to the point of cutting my hand. The two access covers in the rear hatch for the light bulbs constantly fall off. The bottom plastic trim on the driver side seat became loose and had to be fixed after getting caught on my pant leg and tearing off. The tires seem to wear down quicker on the SUV than others I have had.

My Honda Pilot is the best vehicle I have owned, it really has helped my family out a lot. I buy a lot of furniture, and with the seats folded down I am able to fit the furniture in the car without having to get someone with a truck to help me.
Story
I was able to fit a huge bbq grill that I had to have because it was on sale into the car, but all my kids had to squish into the middle seat.
Pros
My favorite thing about the vehicle is the space. We are a family of six and can fix in the car comfortably. Also, we are able to fold the seats down for added space when we don't have the kids in the car. It is also a great design and a smaller SUV for the amount of people it fits. I like the way it drives and have never had any issues with it. The interior is also great because the windows are slightly tinted and I don't have to worry about the car getting too hot. I also like that the air conditioner and the heater both work very well and blow cold air and hot air almost instantly.
Cons
There are only two cons I can think of for the Honda Pilot. One is the amount of trunk space is almost non existent if you have all the seats up. I can barely fit a stroller in the trunk. Another con would have to be the gas mileage. I drive around my city a lot and have to fill my tank up at least 3 times a month which seems like a lot compared to the newer SUV's. It isn't really a con but I don't really like the road sound when I drive it -seems to be really loud.
