The 2010 Hyundai Accent is overall, a good example of what a sub-compact car should be. The interior feels roomier than the exterior would lead one to expect, the space is well designed with convenient pockets, cup holders, etc., and for the age and class of car the audio system is adequate. I particularly appreciate that this vehicle has two 12V sockets, which is very useful considering how many portable electronic devices I use/charge while driving, as well as a USB port and an aux port. The software of the USB port is wonky however, you cannot set it to a "charge only" mode, it will immediately try to play audio files from whatever device is plugged in. This is annoying to me, I wish there was a way to change the settings so the port would let you chose to "read" the device, or "charge only." The major disappointment I've had with this vehicle is the gas mileage. I drive approximately 500 miles per week, mainly freeway travel, and rarely get better than 30 mpg combined. For a car this small, and considering that I drive moderately (not accelerating quickly, max speed barely over the limit, keep tires properly inflated etc.), I feel this is poor mileage.

I love my Accent! It's a good small car for a single person or couple. I don't recommend this car for a family. It's simple and up to date. The spare tire would be nice though. I think it's worth the price. I travel in my car for work. It has great gas mileage and has a smooth ride.
