I have owned my 2010 Infinity G37 for nearly two years. Overall I am satisfied with this car. I handles well, has excellent acceleration and braking. In addition I feel that it is one of the best looking cars in its class. There are a few things I would change about it. First, the rear seats do not fold down thus limiting the size object that can be transported in the trunk. Second, I find that when I have the driver seat and steering wheel adjusted comfortably I cannot see a portion of the speedometer or the headlight indicator.
Story
Within a month of purchasing the car my girlfriend and I went on a week long road trip in it going down the Oregon coast to see the lighthouses.
Pros
Acceleration Braking Steering Styling Sound system Driver's seat
Cons
Rear seats do not fold down dashboard indicators are hidden behind the steering wheel Requires high octane fuel

I had a black Sport model with the 6 speed manual transmission. The interior had black leather seats and lots of options like power everything, upgraded trim, heated seats, Bluetooth, back up camera and navigation. There were many modifications done to it such as lowering springs, racing shocks/struts, cold air intake, high performance exhaust system, aftermarket wheels/tires, tinted windows and an upgraded audio system. The car handled great from factory, but the modifications took it to a whole new level. It felt like I was driving a finely tuned race car, but with luxurious features. I always received compliments and everyone always asked if it was for sale. I can honestly say this was my favorite car I ever owned, and I've owned many cars. I was reluctant sell it, but with a family... (more)
Story
Everyone always wanted to race me ha-ha. Believe it or not I had to police officers challenge me to see who could take off the line quicker. I never took them on because I felt it was a trap.
Pros
There's no denying this car is very sexy and when properly modified it takes it to a whole new level. It's definitely a head turner. There is a huge aftermarket scene for this car and the car takes well to many modifications. The lightweight body and powerful V6 make this car a threat to other cars in its class. It has the perfect balance of sportiness and class. It is the kind of car you can take to the race events and not feel out of place, then you can also use it for an elegant date night and ride in comfort and class. Not to mention it retains excellent resale value because the car is... (more)
Cons
The manual gear box is stiff and difficult to drive smoothly. It's a bit embarrassing to be grinding gears. The trunk space could be a bit larger as there's not much room to take a lot of things. But I guess being a sports car it's not really meant to be used to carry lots of stuff. So I'm neutral on this. There are many rattles that are hard to remedy. I started noticing them after 6 months of owning the car brand new. The paint is really soft so it damages quite easily. I also feel like the MPG could be improved on. It was expensive to fill up and city driving really killed the MPG. The ... (more)

I LOVE my Infiniti G37. Just got it a short time ago with 60k miles on it. It goes faster in less time than any car I've previously owned. It reacts to every command immediately. When I drive it, I feel like I'm driving in luxury. All of the tracking information it provides almost makes it feel like driving is a game against myself, trying to outdo my 'best' to date. I have not had any mechanical or other bad experiences thus far and everything performs exactly the way I want and expect. The stereo system is terrific. I love the backup assistance, Bluetooth, all the little extras. The soft leather furthers the luxurious experience. The only think I dislike is, being a smoker, I need to add some window guards as the styling blows the ashes back into the back seat for some reason. Sounds... (more)
Pros
The name Infiniti, the sleek styling inside and out and the performance are my favorite things.
Cons
Takes premium gasoline only. I was driving a full size truck and thought I would recognize some savings in gas but that's a wash having to buy the more expensive gas. But I should have expected that. :)
