I purchased this vehicle as soon as it was available at my local dealership, I always looked forward to owning an Infinity because of the quality and reputation of these vehicles and it certainly didn't let me down. It lived up to all the expectations I had, this vehicle gave me the social status I wanted to achieve, I could notice how people started seeing me and treating me differently once they saw I was rolling in one of these. I felt better about my self and I knew I had made a great purchase. When it comes to the car itself I cant complain. Its a luxurious vehicle built for comfort and ease of use. The positioning of each feature is great from the power windows to the radio features, the comfortable seats, the mirrors, the indicators on the dash. Everything is state of the art, m... (more)
Story
I was really scared I wouldn't be able to get through a rough terrain while on vacation, It had rained cats and dogs and the water level had risen, I had to get through a path that had about 2 feet of water, and it pulled through for me. Scary and fun!.
Pros
This is a comfortable vehicle, great on gasoline, powerful engine, drives like a spaceship (you don't even feel the road), beautiful design and color options, technology in everything is state of the art technology, up to date with what other luxury vehicles in the market are offering and in my opinion it is light years ahead of what any other competitor has to offer.
Cons
I cant find anything bad to say about the car other than I wish every model came with built in professional speakers instead of the regular stock speakers. And that there where more customization options.

2016 Infiniti Q50 - Uniquely shaped car that's also reliable.

My father was looking for a new vehicle to celebrate his retirement but he said he didn't want a car that looked too generic. I immediately remembered that the Infiniti cars have a very distinct look. I took him to the car dealer the next day. When we were finally shown to the section where the Infiniti cars were parked, my father was attracted towards the Infiniti Q50. The distinct look of the car was what captured his attention. It was a red Infiniti Q50. All in all, we're happy with the Infiniti Q50.
Story
My father and I bought this car on Father's day actually, so we used it to pick up everyone else to go to a restaurant.
Pros
It was very beautiful and shiny. We went into the car and noticed how the doors opened up smoothly, and when closing them, the doors didn't make that much of a loud banging sound. That's very good because my father hates loud noises. The seats inside the car felt just right. Very comfortable enough to sleep on if you wanted to, but strong enough to handle even heavier set people. Adjusting the distance and the angle of the seats were very easy, a feature that we both appreciated because we usually need to feel perfectly comfortable before driving. We took the Infiniti Q50 for a test drive ... (more)
Cons
After a few months of owning it, we only encountered one problem which was easily fixed at the shop.

I bought this car after a fairly exhaustive search of the whole gamut of cars in this price range. The q50 was for me, the best mix of comfort, style, handling and performance. I am not a professional racer so those aspects aren't too high on my list however I do like refinement, comfort and a good boost of power when needed. The q50 for me has been perfect. That said, don't get the hybrid. I initially had it, had it for about two weeks and hated it. Luckily my dealer would take it back and I was able to swap out.
Story
Taking it up into the mountains in the fall. Rolling down the windows enjoying the cool crisp air as I blasted down the back roads.
Pros
Great handling, style and comfort and looks great as well.
Cons
Hybrid is a pig. Limited engine choices I feel.
