2013 Infiniti JX35 - Great alternative to a mini van without having to drive a tank! the gas mileage is decent too! lots of space and options. Oil changes are not expensive. Handles well and accelerates good too. if my kids were still really young would have kept longer.

I bought this car blindly without test driving so overall I am happy. However after reading other reviews and driving it for 2 months I can agree with them on some issues. For example, the acceleration is very disappointing but it helps that I have controls to switch to sport if I want to go faster because on ECO it goes at a snails pace. The controls for radio, air and phone are to far spaced and as a female my hands do not fit in the little compartment to charge my phone. The aux cord in the console is in the most awkward spot and is difficult to access. The Bluetooth rarely works correctly which is very annoying. We also have the entertainment/tech package and the way he DVD system works is also awkward with too many steps just to watch a DVD. My car is still under warranty and the ... (more)
Story
Loved this when we bought it from the show room, drove great, first service they broke the right side mud flap & didn't say anything till I drove home & kept hearing a noise then I pulled over & looked underneath & saw it was barely hanging on, then after owning it for 1 year I noticed the second row seats showing some tears so I called the service department & they told me to hold off until m... Pros
The 3 minutes I have enjoyed driving it over the last 2 years were great. We bought this car new, and finally traded it in at 18 months of continuous warranty issues. Our vehicle spent over two months in the service department for miscellaneous issues. They were not major mechanical problems, but more trim and interior build issues. Called to try and exchange on Lemon law, but was denied and told that there is a warranty on the vehicle for these types of issues. We really liked the safety features, but the loaners don't always have them and we spent just too much time in service. it is ver... (more)

Adding our Infiniti to my family of 6 was one of the best decisions we made. This SUV has plenty of space that can easily accommodate me and my siblings. It's hard to find a family car that still manifests a level of luxury, but this is it. The cars come in a variety of elegant colors. We chose the Midnight Garnet and it is such a fascinating color it definitely makes our vehicle stand out. The interior is absolutely gorgeous with sturdy leather seats that are so smooth, a gleaming finishing, and we also bought the entertainment pack. The screens are so high quality, it keeps my family busy for hours so we could finally take those long road trips without my younger siblings screaming all the way. Not only is it comfortable and entertaining, but it's also reliable. The AWD allows us ... (more)
Story
I remember showing my friends my new Infiniti. We decided to go for a drive to a local fair. My friends wanted to try the car out, and she is a horrible driver let me tell you, but with the Infiniti she drove 1000x more better with the help of all the safety features. The proximity sensors saved our lives multiple times that day. If there's someone you know who drives horribly, and you fear fo... (more)
Pros
Killer entertainment system, Gorgeous, yet durable leather seats, AWD, Exhibited elegance etc.
Cons
Literally nothing, this is my dream SUV.

This car is the best vehicle we have ever purchased! It drives with ease, and the ride is exceptionally smooth. The third-row seating is roomy enough for a six-foot tall man to sit in comfort. The second row seating reclines on both sides, and the seats adjust at the bottom as well for additional leg room, which truly comes in handy if the third row is not being utilized. The seats are made of durable, yet soft, leather and the color scheme is gorgeous!
Story
My husband and I recently took a road trip from Louisiana to Georgia. It was the best trip ever, literally. Our children were relaxed and calm. They were so comfortable in the back seat and really enjoyed being able to recline the seat to their preference and watching movies.
Pros
My favorite features include the sunroof, which has several settings, and the entertainment system, which was a must for us with two children, ages three and 11. The car came equipped with headphones, which added that extra sense of luxury, but there are also jacks that allow for outside headphones as well. I am beyond happy to have heated front seats, dual air control for the driver and passenger and backseat air control.
Cons
The only thing that has been challenging with this car is the navigational system. It is not as user friendly as other systems I've used in the past. It seems to read limited maps based on the area you are in.
