It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. The people their were very friendly and helpful. I bought my car there a long time ago so I don't remember anybody's name. My mom came with me to make sure I didn't get taken advantage of. I really didn't need her though because it was very straight forward and there was no hidden anything.

For the size of the vehicle, in accordance with my family and hobby needs, this vehicle is perfect for me. Many options to make it my own style at a cost effective rate; although, the gas mileage leaves something to be desired. With a V-6, it still has enough power to get up and go. Maintenance is relatively inexpensive in comparison to other vehicles I have owned. I did have a minor electrical problem with a ground cable to the drivers door panel, but a little knowledge in regards to the repair, and a four dollar strip of wire from Lowes and it works good as new. It is about time for maintenance again as I am hitting the 130k mark, and for everything, as far as a tune up, fluids flushed, and a pulley/belt replacement, I would say the cost is fair at 400, which is what I will be paying... Pros
Many options to make it my own style at a cost effective rate; although, the gas mileage leaves something to be desired. With a V-6, it still has enough power to get up and go. Maintenance is relatively inexpensive in comparison to other vehicles I have owned.
Cons
The fuel mileage, the headlights fog easily, the electronic component failure in the drivers door, and the hydraulic arms for the hood, rear window, and hatch wear out quickly

I bought this vehicle form a friend over 2 years ago. It has given me a few problems but it is an old vehicle with over 180,000 miles on it. I take good care of it and it hasn't given me any problems in a long time. The previous owner didn't take very good care of it but once I had maintenance up to speed it became a great and dependable vehicle. There are power windows and a CD player with a tape player also. Not many vehicles have a CD play and tape play as the standard load out on them. I have never had any problems with the air conditioning either.
Pros
It has 4 wheel drive and the engine is a 4.0 liter. inline 6. Which does great for torque. I know that not many other jeeps have inline 6 engines anymore which is why I am happy that I have it. It is a very dependable vehicle that will last me many more years I am sure. It also has fuel injection. The interior is very spacious and later jeep grand Cherokee models have an even greater amount of head space in them. I recently drove it across the country from California to Virginia and on the trip here I didn't have any problems.
Cons
The initial amount of money that I had to put into it was a fairly large amount and the gas mileage can be better but it is a large vehicle. I had to replace many freeze plugs on the engine block that were causing me to loose antifreeze and over heat. That cost me 1000 dollars to fix. That was the biggest thing that I have had to repair.
