Initially, what I liked most about the car was the shape and design. The price is also great! The warranty on the car is one of the best around, but I haven't had to really deal with that. This car has just been a great all-around vehicle... the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I got it to be my go-to ride to take me around town, buy groceries and supplies, and get to work. It also turned out to be the vacation car, and has taken several road trips over 2,000 miles. It's easy to operate and starts every time. The indicators work perfectly, and you'll always know if you have low tire pressure or any problem - although that's the only problem I've ever had! It requires very little maintenance and still looks stylish on the road. The alloy wheels are also a plus.
Story
The best thing for me locally is that my neighbor has the same car in the same color! In the community garden nearby, you can see both of the cars by our houses. Leaving town, my best memory is a road trip with this vehicle, going from my house in Richmond VA, to the Arctic Circle and back, without any problems.
Pros
Reliability is definitely the top positive feature of this car. I have owned a few other cars, and this one just performs over and over. I always count on it to start and the engine has barely gotten dirty over six years despite extensive road trips. The hatchback is easy to open. The price on the car was VERY good. The dashboard and radio are intuitive. You can use Bluetooth with it. It is easy to clean. The engine makes very little noise on a smooth road. The engine stays cool. The lights, gear lever, hazard lights, mirror adjustment, and windshield wipers (including rear) are easy to us... (more)
Cons
There is a blind spot by the back that you need to get used to. You can feel bumps in the road, but it is not a luxury vehicle. The gas mileage is fine but not great, so if that is a concern, it could be an issue. It should have a tow rating so you can put a hitch on and tow while still under warranty.

I liked the look of the car and the room it had for it being so compact. Our car has tiger stripes on it.
Story
When going to the mall or somewhere there are a lot of people we always get complements on how cool our car looks.
Pros
I like the fact that is good on gas. I can fill up my car for about 25 dollars with the gas price at 2.50. I like that the car is compact but roomy. I have 3 children and they all fit well in the back seat. We still have plenty of room for grocery's in the back and can fit bags for 5 people on a road trip.
Cons
The car feels poorly made. I have been having issues with a bolt that keeps coming loose in my tire wheel. It makes a horrible clunking sound when I drive it over the smallest of bumps. I can easily lean against the side of the bumper and it gives in a disturbing way.

Found a car that we wanted to look at. It turned out to be an incredible deal. Three day return policy let us buy it and take it to our mechanic to check out.

As the only Kia dealership in town, they have no competition. So if you want to buy a Kia, they're your choice. Still, service is fast and friendly, and the final price I paid was reasonable.
